The Hallgarten Franchetti Centro Studi Villa Montesca Foundation (FCSVM) carries on the tradition of the Centro Studi e Formazione Villa Montesca founded in 2001 at Villa Montesca where in 1909 Maria Montessori organized a seminar that gave birth to the first publication of the scientific pedagogic method universally known as the ‘Montessori Method’.  FCSVM is nowadays internationally renowned for top quality research and training in teacher training, information technology and communication, education for European integration and regional cooperation in the field of education and culture at local, regional and European level.

VIESOJI ISTAIGA KAUNO MOKSLO IR TECHNOLOGIJU PARKAS (LT)

Kaunas Science and Technology Park (Kaunas STP) – is a public institution established in 1998 with the aim to increase an efficiency of research and development (R&D) activities at Kaunas University of Technology and Kaunas region. Today Kaunas STP is the largest partner of science, public and business cooperation in Lithuania. It is the only STP in the country with business incubation facilities, Technology Demonstration Centre and R&D laboratories on site.  Kaunas STP aims to increase the competitiveness of tech businesses globally by providing the highest-level innovation support services, making efficient use of the resources of innovation ecosystem, developing the community of innovative businesses, and fostering innovation culture within Kaunas region. Kaunas STP is a component of Lithuanian innovation ecosystem and as an organisation it is putting an effort to meet the present needs of business.

MANCOMUNITAT DE LA RIBERA ALTA (ES)

The Mancomunitat de la Ribera Alta is a local organisation that brings together all the municipalities in the region of Ribera Alta. It consists of 36 municipalities that group a population of more than 220,000 inhabitants, distributed over an area of 979.5 km². (95% rural area).  The Mancomunitat manages different services of interest for the municipalities that comprise it, constituting a body of local scope where the debate those issues affecting the peoples of the region becomes possible.  The aim of Mancomunitat de la Ribera Alta is to manage collaboration agreements with both counties in the field of socioeconomic development, employment, integration of immigrant people, tourism, environment and cultural heritage, energy, maintenance of rivers and landscaping improvement.  The Mancomunitat is organised by several departments: social services, culture, employment, integration for immigrants, environment, digitalisation, youth, equal opportunities for men and women, training, and tourism.

CAPACITY IRELAND (IE)

Capacity Ireland is the trading name of C.L. Adult Education and Training Limited and we are a training provider focusing on delivering vocational training courses and providing organisational development and capacity building support for community groups and voluntary sector organisations. We specialise in teaching within small group settings or on a one-to one basis and our services are targeted at people who are disadvantaged within the education system or labour market for a variety of reasons. Capacity Ireland is a not for profit company limited by guarantee.  Capacity Ireland offers a range of vocational qualifications for the Digital Media, Community Development, Creative Industries and Energy Efficiency sectors, as well as Literacy, Numeracy, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Information Communication and Technology for both young people and adults.

AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS JOSÉ ESTEVÃO PORTUGAL CENTRO (PT)

The Cluster of Schools named AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS JOSÉ ESTÊVÃO was created in April 2013, however the schools which are in its origins are older and have a long way done. Its Secondary School has more than 150 years old.  This cluster of schools works with pupils from 3 years old up to the adult population. We have around 2800 students between 3 and 20 years old. Besides that they also serve adult population that needs lifelong education. Regarding the staff our team has around 250 teachers, 70 persons from support staff; 5 Psychologists; 1 Social Worker. AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS JOSÉ ESTÊVÃO works in cooperation with the University of Aveiro and University of Coimbra. In this cluster another six schools besides the secondary on where they develop the national curriculum with special emphasis on science, Arts, Sports, and disability students.

ARIS FORMAZIONE E RICERCA SOCIETA COOPERATIVA (IT)

ARIS – professional training and research was founded in 1987 with the aim of delivering and design integrated project in the field of professional training, advanced research and counselling.  Main areas of expertise are:  VET, coaching and mentoring aiming at improving managerial skills in the social economic sector; studies and innovative courses aiming at improving individual skills and competencies, related to local development, cooperative/social enterprise start-up and circular economy; Social inclusion thanks to active labour policies; Integrated and synergic actions at regional, national and European level; Specific actions aiming at curriculum development of new professionalism in the social inclusion sector.  ARIS associates 36 social enterprises and cooperatives and act to share knowledge and know-how acquired by each, as a common value among its partners.

ASOCIACIÓN INSTITUTO DE TÉCNICAS EDUCATIVAS – I.T.E (ES)

The Institute of Educational Techniques- ITE Network-, is a European Centre of Studies and Education Centres network established in 2015 as a non-profit association. ITE Network was born answering the needs of the Internationalization of the education, training, youth, and sport sector, giving them the opportunity to overturn dynamics and approaches, aiming at a smarter and more sustainable worldwide future educational cooperation. ITE Network is committed to supporting high-impact organizations looking to transform education in Spain, the EU, and around the world.  ITE Network is composed by 200 organizations, among them, education centres, Regional administrations, VET centres schools, Universities, adult education organizations, NGOs, and training providers. Learning, teaching, research, transfer and innovation it has been a key factor for improving the learning programs. ITE Network organizes customized training seminars for schools focus on the different EU grants and programs for them to apply.  ITE Network big challenge is to contribute to the educational policies thought “ITE think tank” stablishing a pool of innovative and transferable knowledge for education centres all around EU and LATAM.
